A: Once applied, do not wash the vehicle in an automatic car wash for at least 24 hours. After 24 hours, PPF was created to be treated as you would vehicle paint.
Q: Can I Use Wax over Paint Protection Film?
A: Yes, when waxing the vehicle, some wax build up may occur along the film edges. This can easily be removed with a dry soft cloth. Do not use any waxes containing dyes. Abrasives polishes and rubbing compounds are not to be used.

A: Yes, if desired, the film can be removed at any time.

Kits may also be available for: Door Handle cups, top of rear bumper, rocker panel & doorsills. Door Edge Guard is available in rolls. Any area that does not have a pre-cut kit available may be free cut.
Q: Will PPF harm the painted surface if the film is removed?
A: No, if the film is properly applied to fully cured paint, it can be removed, usually in one piece, without damaging the paint beneath the surface.

A: Yes, 3M offers a 5 year warranty against peeling, cracking and yellowing. VentureShield offers a lifetime warranty against cracking, bubbling or yellowing . Each has a warranty card that offers full details.
